The
science of Naam Yoga is the science of sound and light; its projection
penetrates where even air cannot. Naam Yoga is a dynamic fusion of
Universal Kabbalah, Kundalini Yoga, East Asian wisdom and Western
scientific knowledge. It incorporates the practice of the Divine Word
(Naam) with yogic movement, stretching postures, breathing, mudra and
meditation. Through the practice of Naam Yoga the self healing
mechanisms of the body are activated, restoring health and balance.
The practice of Naam Yoga also increases dopamine and serotonin levels
in the brain, synchronizes the pituitary and pineal gland to regulate
the endocrine system, reverses the effects of aging and the chronic
stress prevalent during these changing times. Participants of Naam
Yoga Teacher Training learn to direct and redirect energy so that one
can experience true health, beauty and happiness and share this gift
with others. You will receive the knowledge, have the experience and
cultivate the fearlessness to face negativity and transmute it into
positivity for yourself, others and the situations that you face.

Yoga Therapies Pre & Post Natal Teacher Training delves into the heart of Divine Spiritual

This course will also explore the different mechanisms of
