(collectively, "Content" ) are protected by U.S. copyright laws

provided by Rootlight under a limited license as a service to its
current and prospective customers and may be used only for

services) use. This limited license is subject to the following

Instant Downloads
Rootlight offers downloads of digitized versions of our audio
recordings, artwork and information relating to our audio
recordings (collectively, Instant Downloads) under the terms of
use of this Website. Upon payment of our fees for Instant
Downloads, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to
use the Instant Downloads for your personal, non-commercial use,
subject to and in accordance with the terms of use. You may copy,
store, transfer and burn the Instant Downloads only for your
personal, non-commercial use, subject to and in accordance with
the terms of use. You represent, warrant and agree that you will
use Instant Downloads only for your personal, non-commercial use
and not for any redistribution of Instant Downloads or other use
restricted by the terms of use. You agree not to infringe
Rootlight's copyrights and to comply with all applicable laws in
your use of Instant Downloads. You agree that you will not
redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share,
lend, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer or use
Instant Downloads, except for personal, non-commercial use. You
are not granted any promotional use, commercial sale, resale,
reproduction or distribution rights for Instant Downloads. You
acknowledge that Instant Downloads is the intellectual property of
Rootlight and is protected by law. Rootlight will fully enforce
its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
Akashic Record Service
The Rootlight Akashic Record service ("Akashic Record") offers
personalized astrological reports which include, but are not
limited to: Best Date for Marriage, Marriage Date Analysis,
Relationship Vibration, Relationship in Time and Space, Natal
Vibration, Yearly Personal Forecast, Personal Name Analysis,
Business Name Analysis, Best Time to Start a Business
(collectively, "Reports")under these terms of use. Akashic Record
allows you to order Reports online and by phone via our toll free
customer support line. Both way allow you to save your Reports
provided that you enter or give a valid email address at the time
of purchase. Reports ordered online are generated immediately and
become available instantly online. Upon your payment of the
purchase fee, Rootlight grants you a non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right to view, save
and print your Reports for non-commercial, private use. If you are
unable to save or print your Reports, please contact Rootlight
customer service. You may not (i) sell, rent, distribute, or
otherwise assign any right to the Reports to any third party; (ii)
use Akashic Record or Reports for any commercial or illegal
purpose. Except for the rights explicitly granted to you by these
terms of use, all rights to Akashic Record and Reports are
reserved and retained by Rootlight.
