Naam Yoga LA is a non profit 501 (c)(3) Global Mecca. A spiritual and physical wellness center, our mission is to empower people to improve their lives, heal themselves, and to support them in the process of balancing the Mind Body Spirit connection through the power of community, a variety of classes, a healing clinic, workshops and events, many of which are available free or low cost.

About Our Center
Located in beautiful Santa Monica, CA, one block from Third Street Promenade, Naam Yoga LA is a yoga, meditation, research and healing center. Our spacious 7000 square foot venue offers cathartic sun-drenched studios, private healing rooms, a Naam Lounge, Naam Boutique, a gracious communal area, and a heart and health-inspired array of yoga classes and therapeutic programs.

By making available the timeless art and science of Naam Yoga in its myriad of forms, our goal is to help people of all physical and economic capacities achieve permanent self-healing, with a unique emphasis on community and raising global consciousness. Universally inspired, the center also offers a wide range of yoga disciplines, Universal Kabbalah workshops, Harmonyum healing, acupuncture, dance and movement classes, Pilates, massage, teacher training programs, lectures and much, much more.

Naam Yoga LA is as much about helping the community as it is about self-healing, which is why many of our classes and community programs are provided free of charge. It is our belief that true healing takes into account the physical, emotional, and mental nature of mankind, and at Naam Yoga LA we strive to provide the quickest and most effective modalities of healing currently available.

Location

Located in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, we are a few short blocks from the beach and one block from the popular 3rd Street Promenade. Just a few doors down from TJ Maxx on 4th Street, between Wilshire and Arizona, Naam Yoga LA has convenient parking directly across the street.
