Shipping Options

Order Response Time

At Rootlight we are dedicated to providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. Our team works around the clock to ensure all orders are processed and shipped on the same business day. The maximum turnaround time is 24 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Backorders

While we take steps to minimize the possibility of a product running out of stock, in the unlikely event that an item becomes backordered you will be notified immediately. Backordered products are shipped as soon as stock becomes available, unless you notify us of cancellation.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select and Next Day Air delivery options. Please note that UPS cannot delivery to a P.O. Box.

P.O. Box Shipments

The United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S) is the only method of shipping to a P.O. Box. Be sure to verify you Post Office will accept packages before placing your order. Please call us at 1 888-852-2100 to place your order when shipping to a P.O. Box.

International Shipments

All international shipments will ship U.S.P.S. Global Express unless otherwise requested (please call us to request an alternate carrier.) Delivery is 3-5 business days to arrive at the country’s destination mail office where it must then clear customs. Customs clearance can take a few days or a few weeks. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
